Opportunities like this do not come along often and we are now looking for a specialist Seawater Manager, to join the team and play a key part in the development of our offshore salmon farming operations, a first for New Zealand.
Reporting to the COO not only will our Seawater Manager lead current inshore farming operations they will be also be part of the team turning our plans for growth off shore into a reality.
You will have proven experience in the management of health and safety, bio security, modern fish farming practices, environmental compliance and well-developed leadership and team member engagement skills.
A recognized qualification in aquaculture or equivalent is desirable, as is a passion for sustainable fish farming and a commitment to continuous improvement.
